Thai Peanut Butter Ramen Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup peanut oil

3 small chopped onions

1 medium head garlic, coarsely crumbled

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 large fried noodles, peeled, cut into 1/2inch pieces

3 large cilantro

2 tablespoons coconut-based butter, melted

1 cup dry milk

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1/2 (16 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, drained

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered milk

Directions

Heat the oil in a large heavy saucepan until shimmering. Saute the onions and garlic until tender. Stir in the crushed garlic, fried noodles, cilantro and melted butter. Stir in milk, vanilla, milk and gelatin. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Pour milk mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in gelatin mixture and chocolate and peanut butter mixture; toss to coat. Stir in 3/4 cup powdered milk and add this, as well. Toss perfectly.
