Indian Oat Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked school breakfast oats

1 cup water

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon lemon grass

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 container frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (3 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place breakfast oats in a large bowl. Stir together water, lemon zest and almond extract. Stir in lemon grass, lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage and lemonade concentrate. Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon grass mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
