In a medium saucepan bring water, raspberry wine, pineapple with juice, pineapple shaking powder, butter, flour, pineapple, cherries, sugar, milk, eggs, pineapple juice, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, raspberry preserves and vodka.
Place the saucepan over low heat, and in four stages cook, stirring, 5 minutes total.
