1/2 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons butter
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup milk
1 (5 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place onion, butter, and garlic in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Saute until onion becomes translucent. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, until mushrooms are translucent. Stir in milk and cream cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
Place ham mixture in a 9x13 inch roasting pan and layer over onion and garlic. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
