2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
6 boneless pork loin tender (about 8 ounces) bones
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup cooking wine
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and soy sauce until bubbles appear. Stir in the white wine, cooking wine, vinegar and crushed red pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring, then remove from heat. Stir in the pork, onion and brown sugar; reduce heat to low and add the wine vinegar, cornstarch, garlic and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve hot.
