1 cup apricot preserves
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
In a blender or food processor, puree apricots. In a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Roll apricots. Heat a small skillet over heat. Place apricots in hot water until warm. Cover and allow to cool slightly. Drain, cool, peel and cut into bite size pieces.
