6 fluid ounces rum flavored vodka
2 fluid ounces pineapple juice (optional)
1/4 fluid ounce cranberry juice
2 fluid ounces cranberry flavored simcoe
1 1/4 fluid ounces triple sec liqueur
In a tall glass, whisk pineapple juice together and stir in vodka. Pour into a slow cooker or heat ovenproof casserole dish.
Sprinkle cranberries over pineapple mix. Pour cranberry juice over pineapple layer. Top with triple sec orange sherbet and serve warm. Garnish with slices of mango. Serve warm with toasted sliced bananas or coconut.
