salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 large onion, diced
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 cup olive oil
2 cups chicken broth
Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag, and dry salt and pepper; drain.
Place artichoke hearts in a resealable plastic bag; drain.
In a large bowl, combine flour, olive oil, and chicken broth; toss.
Return chicken to plastic bag. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in bag with artichoke hearts. Seal bag, and toss until coated.
