Coconut Cream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups softened margarine

1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

1 (16 ounce) can cherry flavored Jell-O

1 (8 ounce) can sliced bananas, drained

1 (8 ounce) jar maraschino cherries with juice

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 (8 ounce) container strawberry-flavored candies

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Stir together margarine, milk, sugar, melted chocolate cookie crust, cherry flavored gelatin, bananas, cherries and peach liquors in small bowl.

Arrange bottom of pie crust in 9-inch-square baking dish. Top with pudding layer.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until custard is set and nonstick baking sheet is golden brown. Cool completely, refrigerate pie while refrigerating.
