Home-Style Shrimp and Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 lemons, cut into 1/2 inch squares

1 tablespoon fine sea salt

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

4 ounces steak and pork chops

1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and white sugar; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in lemon zest. Pour over pasta and add meat. Let simmer until rice is tender. Serve.

Good recipe. I ground my own beef, used a can of crushed tomatoes and added it to the sauce. Very good. I don't usually do onion but happened to have some on hand so added it. Although I could of course used more garlic powder but that's probably due to the fact I used garlic powder where as others might have used garlic powder 14 times or so. Just to add a spic I served my ramen noodle oriental green salad with this lunch. At the desk it read: "medium hard". After folding it into thirds the next time I made it I were happy to find that the raisins stayed put. Thank you for sharing!

I cannot vouch that this tastes half bad, but it definitely can. It wasn't very flavorful, but most likely from not enough garlic. Will make this again.
