Peach Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup orange juice

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups peach preserves

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oil, orange juice and vanilla. Beat for 5 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until batter is smooth. Stir peach preserves and vanilla pudding mix into mixture. Beat on low speed until firm.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
