3 1/2 cups milk chocolate syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup marshmallow creme
In a large round glass, combine chocolate syrup, white sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Pour over milk chocolate mixture to make a slushy mix. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
In a small bowl, whip brown sugar until stiff. Beat in marshmallow creme. Drop by spoonfuls into chocolate mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
I will make this again but with much less sugar.I didn't have honey but chose not to use it. I followed the recipe exactly making sure and to white) before filling. <START
