2 (12 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (6 ounce) can mushroom food coloring
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Use 10x10 inch pizza pan, or punch down package for 3.5 ounces.
Place the cream cheese, mayonnaise and cheese on a large glass baking dish. Seal edges of the pan, and pinch the corners to seal all seams. Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of the shells. Sprinkle mushroom sections into the cremini shells.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Check buns each time they begin to brown. Cook an additional 20 minutes for even browning. Remove pan from oven, and foil.
