1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened grape jelly
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 limes, sliced into rounds
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons cranberry juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
1 pinch crushed pineapple zest
1 (4 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
Melt grape jelly in a medium bowl. Stir in garlic, butter, pineapple, lime juice, lemon zest and cranberry juice. Make a well in the center and pour in water, pineapple, peaches and peach halves. Shake well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Divide jelly into three parts: flower, jelly, and fruit. Place remaining ingredients in a mixer bowl or in the bottom of a glass measuring cup. Stir vigorously until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
