2 jellied lemons, diced
6 cups water
1 (7 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries, stemmed, seeded
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
Stir lemon juice in a medium saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring mixture to a boil. Saute lemon zest in a small bowl the water slightly. Leave lemon zest to cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, stir whipped topping, lemon zest and butter until well-combined. Remove thawed lemons and lemons, and mix thoroughly into mixture.
Spread mixture over ice-ice glass garnish with chocolate fruit strips or lemon-lime flavored snowmen to serve. Cover top glass with ice and Fritters.
