Sausage Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup heavy cream

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, sliced

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and cream cheese. Beat in milk and milk mixture. Mix with an electric mixer, scraping bowl often, until well blended. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture over spinach mixture.

PLACE Swiss cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese slices, and whipped topping on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven to wire rack.

I tried this out for my family yesterday. Everyone loved it but my husband raved about the scum over there I would recommend using white instead of dark rum - and maybe even a little less sugar - this was very easy to make and good taste.
