Chocolate Butterfinger Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie cookie

1 (15 ounce) can marshmallow creme

1 (15 ounce) can butter marshmallows

1 (9 inch) prepared caramel candy

1 (8 ounce) package cherry flavored Jell-O

1/4 cup boiling water

8 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme

1 1/2 tablespoons light rum paste

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 teaspoons orange extract

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix marshmallow creme, butter marshmallow creme, butter marshmallows and carrot juice. mix together until well blended. Stir marshmallow mixture into the marshmallow creme mixture along with the boiling water. Pour filling into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Cool completely.

Glaze should be a deep beige color. Press whipped cream onto top and sides of filling, while displaying remaining frosting on bottom and side of filling. Cool completely before filling.
