Pecan Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup golden raisins

1 packet instant cream pudding mix

1 teaspoon white sugar-free vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, egg and milk. Beat in the egg yolk, then gradually mix in the milk mixture. Beat in the vanilla.

Pour mixture into the pie shell. Pour over pie filling and top with white sugar-free vanilla extract.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.

These Orange Blossom Bonito-inspired biscuits have become a go-to for my business and I'm really happy that they are so easy to make! They are so good and so versatile. I put them in the muffin tin and use the foil to top the biscuits. I have also tried lemon squash and there are some similarities--some pleasant and others not so much. But all said "broccoli is so good!"
