1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 packet instant cream pudding mix
1 teaspoon white sugar-free vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, egg and milk. Beat in the egg yolk, then gradually mix in the milk mixture. Beat in the vanilla.
Pour mixture into the pie shell. Pour over pie filling and top with white sugar-free vanilla extract.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
