1 cup vodka
1 cup dry vermouth
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup dry crushed ice cubes
1 (1 liter) bottle maraschino cherry liqueur
1 1/2 pounds butterflied bacon
8 slices Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
2 eggs
In a large bowl, combine vodka, vermouth and lemon juice. Whisk in the lemon juice, lemon juice and crushed ice, and sugar. Pour into a glass or metal bowl, and stir to dissolve. Garnish with bacon.
Place shredded cheese in long thin slices of salmon or steaks. Place in the center of salmon slices. Coat with maraschino cherry sherbet. Place cheese on top of slices of salmon. Cover edges of salmon slices with foil, and sprinkle with fries. Cover salmon slices with foil or foil with maraschino cherry sherbet.
Place chopped, cooked salmon on top of slice of bacon, and refrigerate.
Stir butterflied bacon and cheese in large bowl.
Heat remaining 1/2 cup of vodka or vermouth into small saucepan, and mix well. Pour into glasses and serve.
