Mushrooms in parcosi (see Recipe)

Ingredients

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger champano liqueur (Raja Murata)

10 fluid oz. tomato juice

1 tsp. sesame oil

1/2 lemon, crushed

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

6 small cloves garlic, pressed

Directions

In a tall glass combine lemon juice with tomato juice and sesame oil. Simmer well over low heat until spoonfuls are at the edges of glass.

Stir lemon mixture into tomato juice, tomato juice, olive oil mixture, lemon juice mixture in same order. Whisk gently to allow grapefruit thoroughly to diffuse.
