1 (4 ounce) can broken chicken breast meat
1 tater totsie, crushed
1 1/2 cups water
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix chicken, water, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken and onion into an electric food processor or blender. Stirring well, process until all ingredients are in liquid form. Pour sauce over chicken and rice encasing it in plastic wrap.
Bake chicken and rice in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Cool completely. Deep fry.
