2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon coconut extract
Place cream cheese, sugar, eggs and milk in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture into a medium bowl. Beat in vanilla extract and lemon zest; beat until no streaks remain. Beat in coconut extract.
