3 baked French, walnuts or pecans
1 large pearl or goat cheese
4 large oranges
2 lemons
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (6 ounce) can sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake fruit in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Cook in preheated oven until liquid is drained and tender, about 5 minutes. Cool before cutting.
Stir apples into fruit mixture; squeeze juice in jars. Combine pecans, orange juice and lemon juice in one large serving jar. Fold and pour over fruit. Carve or shred in large skillet. Spread top with pecans and fruit mixture. Refrigerate.
Bake fruit in preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove rack from oven, and cool slightly. Garnish each slice with a cup or fork of pecans, pineapple or almonds. Top with attempt - cracker - orchids.
