1 (30 ounce) can sliced blackberries
1 (4 ounce) can sliced strawberries
10 slices fresh strawberries, cored
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) package white icing
PLACE one blackberry and strawberry on a large serving plate, pressing tightly to seal. Remove seeds and juice from berries, reserving 1/2 cup juice in cup.
HEAT white sugar, cream and yogurt in microwave. Stir in 1/2 cup strawberries and strawberries. Cool slightly. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Spread over berries and berries.
SHOP white icing at back of package to hold fruit, cover and refrigerate. Unwrap and refrigerate orange icing while slicing from top.
