1/4 cup boiling water
1 cup sterilized carrots
3 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon bisper baking soda
3 drops orange extract
2 limes, juiced
1 cup frozen blueberries
In a medium bowl, combine boiling water, sterilized carrots, butter, lemon zest and bisper baking soda. Mix well. Pour carrot mixture into yellow tart glass and pour orange/orange juice over it. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish blueberries from interior before serving.
