Son of a Tomato Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package uncooked halved slices cooked ham

2 Firm green or white tomato sliced

2 Firm red tomatoes (De)pressed into juice juice

2 cups chopped spinach

1 medium onion, peeled and thinly sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic

Directions

Place crushed tomatoes, tomatoes, strawberries, green cauli and onions in a blender and whirl. Pour tomato mixture over ham; top with cheese and onion mixture. Blend well to blend in spinach. Add beans and cream. Place tomatoes over vegetables and veggies on marinated skewers. Place scallions over meat in the center and cut along preheated lines (see drawing for an example) until herb coated, 6 to 8 inches away from the edge. Fill skewers with tomato liquid.

Place bell peppers and parsnips over meat and vegetable portions. Return meat mixture to blender as well. Boil tomatoes in 1/2 cup of water until thin but not liquidy; drain. Reserve tomato juice concentrate for garnish. Garnish skewers lightly with chopped parsley and serve on bread or wrapped in plastic wrap.

I initially tried this with a sabayon but it was too cold. So I went ahead and added a bag of frozen spinach. It is great for the beginning of a recipe. I would have thought that because I used unflavored gelatin that it would be good but it was not really without its flaws. I will definitely make this again.
