I really enjoyed this recipe. It was super easy and quick. I left out the cinnamon and crushed red pepper flakes. IIFIED the pancake by using creme fraiche -- a mild cheese sauce with a gentle foamy top. I used a large can of cream soup and added a Tablespoon of flour. I believe I would have liked this more if I had used fresh bacon -- more moist & flavorful. I used walnuts because I didn't have any. Unfortunately my husband didn't seem to like them so I gave them a foul-smelling rating of C-minus. I used walnuts because they're pretty and sparkly. And walnuts are so amazing! Thank you for the super easy recipe!
