1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/8 cup chopped green bell pepper
In a large pot over medium heat, combine garlic, onion, cream and milk. Lower heat, and add celery and parsley. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes. Pour into a 20 quart casserole dish.
Stir in onion and green peppers. Pour nearly the full volume of cream into dish. Cover, and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight. http://vegan.info/recipe/Clam/
