1 (9 inch) fillet Fajitas
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon white sugar
In a large bowl, mix Fajita Seasoning, Yellow Onion, Green Pepper, Green Pepper, Red Onion and Salt. Mix well.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Fajita Seasoning mixture to skillet, stir well and heat through.
Place a sheet of waxed paper in a bowl and roll the fillet in Fajita seasoning. Remove the fish from the waxed paper and place in a large bowl. Add white sugar and salt to the bowl, mix well.
Arrange the green pepper fillets around the fillets in a single layer.
Place the fillets in the bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve warm or cold.
