1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon prepared black mustard
1 teaspoon prepared Italian-style salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried thyme and sage
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire pepper
1/2 pound pork loin
In a large plastic bag or bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, black mustard, Italian-style salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sage, salt and pepper. Decorate with marinade. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
