6 large white onions, sliced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
In a medium saucepan, combine light olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, garlic and oregano. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer until all ingredients are well mixed, about 20 minutes.
Place shrimp into the saucepan, and turn to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook until well coated, about 45 minutes. Remove of sand and sea spray and serve warm.
