3 cups skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 (12 ounce) cans large potatoes
2 (4 ounce) cans tomato sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag; tie with string or fork. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over a large heat. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for .5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired flavor. Drain and cool.
Meanwhile, mix together tomato sauce, butter, potato, and parsley; add chicken breasts, toss, and serve.
