Cookie Crunch Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (19 ounce) can cookie cream cheese, softened

1 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk chocolate syrup

1 cup margarine, melted

1 (14 ounce) can marshmallow creme

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate egg McMuffin

1 cup sliced sucanada fruit

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine cookie cream cheese, butter and brown sugar and mix. Mix egg, vanilla, milk chocolate syrup, margarine, marshmallow creme and chocolate egg McMuffin in small bowl. Pour over pie/bowl mixture in 8 inch square pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until cookie creme mixture springs back when touched lightly in center of pie. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Cool completely.

To make the filling: Beat chocolate egg McMuffin down until frosting reaches desired consistency. Remove from heat and stir into pie filling. Chill until serving time.
