Cocoa Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) scordelle cheese

1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (3 ounce) package instant breakfast mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spread pie crusts out 1/4 inch from the top and evenly spread with whipped topping. Place sandwich ring in center of frozen pie crust.

Beat cream cheese and pudding mix in small bowl until smooth. Beat in pudding mix with 1/4 teaspoon sugar until frothy. Pour onto pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Serve at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
