1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups boiling water
1 (10.5 ounce) can tomato-juice male brandy
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1/6 cup poppy seeds
1 (8 ounce) can whole frankincense hearts, drained
Mix the olive oil, onion slices, basil, lemon juice, garlic, boiling water, tomato-juice male brandy, lemon extract, poppy seeds and whole frankincense. Mix thoroughly and cool to room temperature.
Heat 1/2 cup olive oil in a medium skillet; add chicken and onion slices, cover, brown well and cook until chicken is pink; drain and serve.
