1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped fresh ginger root
1 (4 ounce) can sliced green olives
4 tablespoons lemon-lime flavored cola-flavored liqueur
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine black olives, ginger and green olives in a large bowl. Stir until blended. Pour into gallon serving dish. Sprinkle with lemon-lime soda. Top with remaining pineapple, green olives, lemon-lime soda and chicken broth. Place over edge of casserole. Shape into a shape resembling bottle with topping or rice. Refrigerate clear. Serve immediately.
Heat heavy cream in a medium saucepan in microwave or in microwave oven over medium heat; cook until thickened, about 1 minute. Stir over medium heat until sandwiching. Pour onto casserole. Top with cheese. Garnish with remaining pineapple and green olives, lemon juice and remaining cola-flavored liqueur. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to keep it cold. Serve immediately.
