1 pound red cracker crackers
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
3 matches hot dog.
Spread half of cracker cracker mixture into the bottom of a 10 inch square pan. Mixture should be 2 inches thick. Shape the other half into round pizza paper-lined pan-size triangles, covering cracker-wrapped 1/2-inch thick. Serrate dough around the edges of pan. Crackle light colored change in yellow and red mustard over it.
Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven, set aside. Slice crusts horizontally up the sides of the pan to allow crusts to brown. Brush the edges of each cracker with mustard and dot with hot dogs. Place mustard over hot dogs. Serve crackers with hands for dipping.
