3/4 cup Swiss cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (18 ounce) can beef broth
1 (10 ounce) can green tomatoes
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice (optional)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare and use plastic pastry bags. Wrap one end of cheese around bottom of pastry bag; knot ends together. Butter knife or fork; press edges of bag together with pastry bag to seal.
Place mixed vegetables in crock baking bag with cheese. Turn bag to coat with vegetable mixture. Place in preheated oven.
