1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup crushed pineapple juice
1 (16 ounce) can frozen cherry pie mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, milk, pineapple juice, and pie mix. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Simmer mixture in a medium saucepan, stirring constantly, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch dish. Chill in refrigerator, and freeze until firm.
