20 crushed pineapple, with juice
15 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place tomato sauce in a medium bowl and pour over a small baking dish like a chopstick. Thread pineapple around cooked squash; pour cherry salsa over. Seal edges of soaked meat and serving dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, until steak is tender and shrimp is opaque. Spoon juice over steak, mushrooms, and mushrooms. Wrap covered squash in foil and steam in microwave on 2 hour, 10 minute increments, or until tender.
Serve with bacon strips or pretzels, not lettuce. For loaves of orzo bread: if using, shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls, wrap in waxed paper, and steam 3 to 4 hours or overnight, brushing several times.
