2 limes, sliced
1 teaspoon lime juice concentrate
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
6 green onions, sliced
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
10 mangos (small large glazed cherries), peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 pounds pickles
1 pound mixed fried onion rings
Pour lime juice into a blender. In a jar, mix orange juice concentrate with clove garlic. Pour lime juice over the tomatoes, onion rings and pickles; cover and store until serving time.
