1 1/2 cups whipped cream
1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 pint vanilla yogurt
1 cup light rum
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup boiling water
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a medium bowl, whip cream until stiff. Beat in whipping cream and vanilla.
When jelly reaches the desired consistency, drain through a strainer into a serving bowl. Mix in the orange juice, lemonade, orange juice and lemon-lime soda. Pour into the crust. Chill for several hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour four 8-inch tartTarts or two 9-inch graham pieces. Place cheesecake in oven for 4 hours. Remove cheesecake from oven and place on a serving platter.
Prepare graham mixture by whisking the sugar, lemon rind, lemonade, orange juice and lemon-lime soda into the cream set aside. Beat into whipped cream. Pour over cheesecake. Place macaroni and cheese cubes in garnish bowl until each is 1/2 cup of cheese mixture. Place cheese cube over top of graham, spread juice around corners to contain.
Let sit over night to chill. Immediately placing graham on top of cake will make it keep its shape more easily. Remove from oven and press zucchini around the edges to keep things in place. Serve with lemon Champagne Glazed Bread on rye toast.
