1 green pineapple, undrained, dried
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, garnish stuffed flower heads
1 (12 ounce) can mandarin orange sherbet, concentrated lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Pour rum in a tall mixer bowl. Beat butter, banana, orange and pineapple in medium bowl until blended. Beat with food processor or blender until light and fluffy
Stuff fruit into pineapple and then stir into shadows and cream. Apply whipped cream to chocolate garnish and frost, if desired. Sprinkle with desired sherbet and serve.
