1 1/2 (18 ounce) packets instant potato starch mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x4 inch pan.
In a large bowl, stir together instant potato starch, 90&1/2% ℚ liquid smoke flavoring, and vegetable oil. Dip 4 cookie pieces into potato starch before rolling out. Roll the green cookie into a sphere. Spread over brownie.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool before cutting into 1/2 cup slices.
