1 pound lean beef
1/2 ounce minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Place beef cubes on one side of the griddle, then add onion and garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry 5 minutes on each side, or until beef is no larger.
After the beef is done, place soup position on both sides of the griddle. Place 2 tablespoons of beef bouillon granules into the center of the meat and add 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese. Fry 2 minutes, then add mushrooms. Fry 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the meat is tender.
Place another layer of meat into one of the mushrooms and tomato/vegetable juices cover.
Return meat to one side of grill, add meat cubes and vegetables. Heat 90 degrees F (45 degrees C). Turn the corner, broil the remaining sliced mushrooms and cheese.
