2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 1/2 pounds sun-dried tomatoes
Slice one piece of mozzarella cheese into 4 meaty sticks. Melt margarine or butter in a skillet, or deep fryer, in a large skillet. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes and stir into skillet. Cook until the tomatoes flip, then add other mozzarella cheese.
