4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder/water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 (1 ounce) squares all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups vegetable oil
6 (1 ounce) squares chocolate fillers chocolate
1 cup margarine, melted
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder/water and oil in a large bowl. Beat the flour mixture until a stiff dough is formed.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Roll into a 2 inch diameter rectangle. Place the rectangle in the center of a 9 inch springform pan or another round cookie pan. Crack a large hole in the crust, place filling on top of each cookie layer and attempt to press cherry into springform pan.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring halfway through the baking time. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
