Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning

2 tablespoons Sriracha pepper

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 pound Parmesan cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 cup shredded fresh mushrooms

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

1 large pepperjack cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, Italian seasoning, Sriracha pepper, onion, cheese, and mushrooms. Mix together and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and pepperjack cheese. Sprinkle with the sliced mushrooms.

Bake together at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.

Remove from oven and let cheese cool completely. Discard leftover meat, mushrooms, cheese, and pepperjack cheese. Serve at room temperature.

Very simple to make, but could use more flavors. Also, 1 serving is not near enough for all guests, so I will add more veggies next time.
