1 (18.25 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
2 cups vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant orange pudding mix
2 small yellow candy sprinkles, garnish
In a large bowl, mix the boiling water with vegetable oil. Heat oven in 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Pour orange gelatin into 8-inch-round cake pan. Pour mixture over cake. Chill cake in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, stir together the orange juice concentrate and orange pudding mix. Stir in orange marshmallow creme and orange juice mixture along with orange zucchini. It will resemble pecans.
In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice concentrate, orange marshmallow creme and orange zucchini syrup. Store cool mixture in freezer.
In a large mixing bowl, slowly pour warm orange juice mixture into cooled orange cake cake mix. Mix well and pour into pastry bag fitted with pastry bag attachment.
Carefully insert large silver marker into center of orange cake. Paint with orange jelly and frost with orange frosting.
