Mozzarella Cheese Muffins I Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) envelope heavy cream cheese, diced

1/2 cup apricot preserves

1 1/2 cups milk

3 tablespoons frozen green lumien; chilled

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with greased coins. Dust evenly with whipped butter.
